LawnStarter, a leading provider in the lawn care industry, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as we expand into pools. We operate in major metro all across the U.S. and since our founding have been committed to delivering reliable and top-quality service. As we continue to expand, we are looking for dedicated pool technicians, who love working outdoors, have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance on clients’ pools by skimming, vacuuming, and brushing walls and steps.
Maintains and cleans pool filters.
Adjusts, maintains, and regularly tests water to ensure proper chemistry.
Consistently inspects pool and equipment; provides solutions / troubleshoots any issues.
Resolves client or customer concerns and provides excellent customer care.
Performs other related duties.
Required Skills / Abilities:
Previous experience required.
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic mechanical skills (preferred but not required).
Schedule:
Monday-Friday with potential weekend opportunities.
Benefits:
Weekly pay via direct deposit.
Salary: Up to $1000+ per week
